I can't say what makes me think that exactly but I have the feeling you really improved! I really like both of their faces. She's beautiful and his has got a lot of character in it, I like that even more.

I have only one little remark, about his arms: Where's the left one? She's so thin that you should see the fingers somewhere, except when it's on her bum which seems unlikely since they are siblings. The left one seems a bit rigid, maybe that's because there's not a lot of variation in the fabric of his sleeve? I think it should be ok if you let the black of his clothes run all the way to the bottom, but maybe you can try that out in photoshop before you do it with watercolours. I'm just thinking out loud here, this is already beautiful and you don't have to do anything of what I said here, just telling you my thoughts
